How the Concierge Process Works
Virtual Consultation: We begin with a free video call to review your medical history and ensure you are a safe candidate for home-based therapy.
The Arrival: Our medical team arrives at your home with all necessary equipment. We help you set up your "healing space" with dim lighting and your preferred music.
The Infusion: Dr. Liu or our specialized medical staff stays by your side for the duration of the infusion (40 minutes for mental health, or 2–4 hours for chronic pain).
